Peller and Jarvis White Wedding Shuts Down Lagos As Celebrities Storm Venue
TikTok’s favourite couple, Habeeb Hamzat aka Peller and Amadou Elizabeth Aminata aka Jarvis, finally had their white wedding and Lagos stood still.
The highly anticipated #JP2026 white wedding held on August 1, 2026, in Lagos, after their traditional wedding in Benin City and court wedding on July 29.
It was the final lap of one of the most followed influencer weddings in Nigeria this year.
Celebrities Storm Lagos for Peller and Jarvis
It was indeed a gathering of big wigs. Celebrities in all forms, from the biggest content creators, musicians, actors turned up in Lagos to party with the lovebirds.
Their Aso-Ebi was pegged at N700, 000 to N1, 000, 000 for 8 yards and it was proudly worn by an average of 400 guests.
Videos clip from the venue showed luxury cars, heavy security, and performances. Peller, who had earlier threatened that any musician or actor who missed his wedding would be blacklisted from his content, made sure it was a show.
The wedding came months after Peller paid Jarvis’s bride price in a colourful traditional ceremony in June, where he rocked white shirt with George wrapper and coral beads.

Drama As Carter Efe Says Peller Didn’t Invite Him
While fans celebrated, drama started online as comedian Carter Efe claimed Peller didn’t invite him because the wedding was “content”.
Carter Efe said he called Peller to ask for Aso Ebi and access, but was told to pay a ₦50 million security deposit as condition to attend. Peller jokingly said the money was refundable and meant to cover any damages Carter Efe might cause at the venue.
In a video, Carter Efe said: “Peller hasn’t invited me for his wedding or given me asoebi but he has given Kolu. That’s the only way I can scatter the wedding.”
The drama got more interesting when fans recalled that Carter Efe’s reaction after eventually getting an invite went viral, with many calling it one of the funniest moments before the wedding.
Other creators like Kolu also questioned why they were not included in some exclusive events, while stars like Portable insisted Peller should invite them with respect because they are superstars.
Western Nigeria Fans React
Fans in Ibadan, Akure, and Osogbo have been buzzing since yesterday. Many young people in Western Nigeria see Peller and Jarvis as inspiration that content creation can build a real career and lead to a big wedding.
For many Gen Z in Oyo, Ondo, and Ekiti, JP2026 is not just a wedding, it is proof that the creator economy in Nigeria is real.
